My gate was supposed to arrive last Wednesday . As of today it still has not arrived and after contacting the shipper they as of today have no idea where it is . They are investigating but it will be 24 to 48 hours at least before they can tell me anything!!

No instructions made for a interesting 2 days putting the shelving together. Also, came on a pallet I was not prepared to receive. Driver had to leave it in the parking lot as I unloaded it piece by piece.

Thanks for the input. It appears to be a misunderstanding, as the gate comes in two pieces that must be assembled, rather than a single box. If there are any issues once you have it unpacked, let us know. Thanks!

When I was checking the status as it was past due ... I just get a standard reply to my email!!!! Look attached below. And there area bunch of email treads and I have to figure out where it is. No greeting ... nothing and I get a bunch of emails every time to review my experience.
I dealt with CISCO-Eagle for all our gate needs and this is the first time I felt there was no connection between the seller and the customer.
I am still missing my lag bolts.

Originally told me the racking would be delivered Monday. Tuesday Morning followed up to learn that it would not arrive til Thur or Fri. If they would have said Thur - Fri to begin with would have rated this higher.

The sales person I was working with (Steve Rosello) was great. Very quick to respond and resolved my issues. However, we placed our order using EDI and the order wasn't processed. We had to manually fax in our order almost a month later before it was processed.
