I received fast, prompt delivery. Special care was taken to ensure any breakage. My one concern is that usps was used to send packages. They leave packages at the door without proof of receipt. They have no concern for weather conditions or the fact that the packages can be subject to theft. This is probably a concern I will need to address with uspsalso.

Some times things happen that are not right but when it does a really good company takes care of it with out a lot of complaining.Christmas central is such a company.Wrong item shipped,new one on the way.

My first order is thought to have been to Texas because I received the shipment for Texas. Returned. Second shipment: Double one item; one item missing; and one item damaged. Missing and damaged items are being replaced. This is my first problem with Christmas Central, but should this occur again, I'll be forced to re-think doing business with your company at all! I've spent a small fortune with you and would like to continue. You need to correct the process of ordering; assigning order numbers; and following it through to the shipping labels. This would alleviate some of the issues at hand.
