DESPITE ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I HAVE SPENT OVER $700 AT CHRISTMAS CENTRAL SINCE JANUARY. ALL ON CHRISTMAS ITEMS THAT WERE EXTREMELY REDUCED IN PRICE. EVERY ITEM FAR PASSED MY EXPECTATIONS. SURE THERE WERE SOME ISSUES. I ORDERED A CLUB PACK OF 48 ITEMS AND ONLY RECEIVED ONE, A BROKEN ITEM HERE OR THERE, BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCEPTIONAL!! EVERYTHING WAS REPLACED AND ALL ISSUES RESOLVED IN MINUTES OF ONE PHONE CALL. THE LAST ORDER WAS THE WORST. IT CAME IN A BOX OVER $100 POUNDS!! MORE THAN HALF WAS DESTROYED!! I MADE ONE PHONE CALL, SPOKE TO TINA, TOOK A FEW PICTURES, AND I WAS GIVEN A CHOICE OF REPLACEMENT OF ITEMS, FULL REFUND OR 125% STORE CREDIT. I WAS ASSURED THAT THE PICTURE WOULD BE USED FOR TRAINING PURPOSES, TO CORRECT THE PACKAGING PROBLEMS. I USED THE STORE CREDIT THAT DAY!! I AM TOTALLY ASTONISHED AT ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I THINK PEOPLE MUST BE DISRESPECTFUL WHEN THEY CALL, OR ARE TRYING TO GET THINGS FOR FREE THAT THEY ARE NOT ENTITLED TO. IT IS NOT THE PERSONS FAULT, WHO HAPPENS TO ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN YOU CALL SCREAMING!!! SURE, WE ALL GET UPSET WHEN THINGS AREN'T AS WE EXPECT. BUT REMEMBER "YOU ALWAYS CATCH MORE FLIES WITH HONEY" !!!

My order came in 2 shipments. The first arrived in a beat up box with almost no packing material. Ten ornaments arrived (was supposed to be 12) and of the 10, 8 were damaged very badly -broken or dented horribly.) There were no initials on the packing slip, so no one will be reprimanded for this shoddy job, I am sure. Customer service was sympathetic and promptly sent out another order, which has yet to arrive. The second shipment, from a different warehouse, I am assuming, arrived packed well (and initialed) and with no damage and with the proper number of ornaments.

As always I love shopping at Christmas Central. They have LED string lights in all colors and in all lengths. And Customer Service is very accomodating.
