The item I purchased had 12 ornaments per set and I ordered 2 (24 total) however I only received a total of 2 items (1 per order). I called customer service who apologized and they said they didn't have any more but refunded me for the items. A couple of weeks later I received an unsolicited e-mail from the company again apologizing and they would send out both sets at no charge (12 per order). Their e-mail contained a tracking number. I waited to submit a review until I got the items. I got the items after Christmas but it was so refreshing that they took the initiative and reached out to me after the fact to make it right. This is what I call great customer service. Oh yeah the ornaments are really nice and will look great hanging from my tree.

Most the order arrived quickly, however one product was never shipped. I had to email to inquire about the missing item. They promptly responded, but sent the wrong item. I re-emailed, and the product I ordered was now out of stock. I placed my order on December 11th. I received my refund January 18th. When I received most of my order, I also received a broken Christmas tree decoration that I did not order. I don't know why I was sent garbage. I will never order from Christmas Central again.

After writing to complain about a wrong description on the outdoor trees I ordered (I wanted steady lights but there was no number to click for steady - all numbers were blinking lights about 7 different ways) I was sent a very nice email apologizing for the wrong description and a refund of 25% of my order for any inconvenience caused me. I really appreciated this gesture. I used the trees anyway, but that blinking drives me crazy. I will use them again next Christmas and will even buy more trees from Christmas Central, going to 4' trees and making sure the lights are steady in the description again. Thank you.

When I placed my original order for the Light Keeper Pro, I received the wrong product a few days later. However when I called Christmas Central to advise them of the error, a very courteous service rep resolved the matter by shipping the correct product to me at no additional cost. I received it within a couple of days and I was able to test several strings of lights. Needless to say while I had to wait a few extra days, I was pleased with the quick response from Christmas Central and the quality of the Light Keeper Pro.

My experience was great! I got stuff I haven't seen anywhere else, and for a reasonable price too! The only problem I had was trying to not go overboard. I do really like that I can put stuff on my wishlist so things I didn't buy this time, I can get later and not forget about anything. Update: after seeing how dissatisfied I was with my order, they have refunded me the full amount. I really appreciate this effort since I was stuck with a wreath I was less than pleased with. Thank you for taking care of your customers. There should be more companies like yours out there.
Original review: 4 of the pinecones were no longer glued to the wreath. One of the pinecones that was still attached had the top portion of the pinecone lost all of its cone scales so I was left with a bald pinecone. The rest of the construction looks a lot cheaper than what I could see online. All of the items were just glued to the wreath instead of attached with wire so they most likely will not withstand long-term storage in my Houston attic. Sadly, since I'll be charged to send back the wreath, I've decided to keep it and I'll doctor it up to make it presentable. I won't be purchasing from Christmas Central again.
