I received these items and they were broken. Called customer service and they replaced the ones that were broken. Received the replacements and most of them were broken as well. All of my money was refunded to me as a courtesy from this company. I was upset that they were broken but aooreciated the refund. This is a small company and having owned as small company as well I understand. Will buy from again. Thanks.

I had ordered the wrong Light Keeper model.
I have LED lights that require the yellow model, and I ordered the red model by mistake that's for incandescent lamps.
I was able to exchange it for the right model which I haven't had a chance to use yet. Will rate it then.
If you need to return a product to them, make sure you use a service that provides a tracking number because that's how they keep track of things.

Bought Christmas ornaments for stocking stuffers this past Christmas & was very pleased with what I bought. The only issue I had was that two of the glass balls that had a scene painted on them, one a santa the other a snowman, was partially rubbed off. Packaging was very well done & nothing was broken as they were all glass ornaments & shipping was within two weeks. Being happy with my purchase I returned to Christmas Central to take advantage of their end of season sale & purchased my stocking stuffer ornaments for Christmas 2019. Happy with their offerings in ornaments in price ranges that were affordable for my pocketbook. They also had the widest selection of ornaments than any other online offering. Will shop here often.

Items were poorly packaged. Delivery Boxes were taped together to create a larger box. No packaging in box to keep items in place. At first I saw one votive holder was broken. Took three tries to get it replaced. As I was decorating with a lighted heart 1 week later I noticed that it was defective. Did not want to go through the trouble of returning it.
