Of 3 orders, a few items were missing and 1 was received broken, but Christmas Central followed through and reimbursed me. I'm very pleased with the quality of the nutcrackers and musical figurines, boxes and globes. Mistakes occur but they took care to resolve things. That speaks volumes. I'll be ordering from them again. Some of the items are do incredibly nice, I'm keeping them up year round. Thank you.
