The lighted window decorations I ordered are all good!! but getting ornaments from them, in the mail was a mess!! They were broken ..... yes all 3 ornament deliveries had broken ones but when you add no packing material to keep them protected .... of course they will break.
They were happy to replace them ..... when I received those ones .... well one pack was shattered!! ....... so I give up, no more ornaments from them ..... not even the shatter-proof ones because they did shatter!!! a lot of wasted time on this mess!!

When ordering items, if you put them in your basket, there is not way to delete the items that you have changed your mine on. Had to call and order the items that I wanted over the phone.

The customized ornament took the maximum amount of time to be delivered, so glad I ordered early. There was no option to put the year/date only a name so I'll have to do my own "customizing"... The quality of the pictures put on the ornament was very dark compared to what I sent so was disappointed in that. :( Not sure I'll try this again...

Package came quickly and was packed well to prevent breakage. I was happy with the selection, ease of ordering and follow through. Customs paperwork was interesting and I’d caution that between the markup, the duty and the exchange for purchasing was about 4x times the cost of the product. Keep that in mind when valuing the spend.
