Buying and confirmation of order, etc was fine. Delivery was an issue because Royal Mail was used and although I paid £27 expecting to sign for it upon delivery, the postman actually delivered it just leaving it in the mailbox (which is secure), but did not wait for me to sign for it. I wanted to actually see it because I wanted to check whether the package had been tampered with. Fortunately, when I checked later, it appeared to be fine. But I was very disappointed with the delivery service.
