I first requested the sale on 29th July by email, but due to lack of response to the email and follow up emails and phone calls the order was not "placed" until 6th August. It was not until 11th August that the parcel was received by you and the sale price fixed. The gold price was very volatile during this period resulting in much uncertainty about the price I would receive. I think the whole process would be much better if you improve your response time to emails and phone calls. Otherwise the process works well, and seems very secure.
