I can see you ordered a product which is currently at a "sourced to order" status. We always contact our customers once any sourced to order items have been purchased to explain everything we have in our blog (https://www.chards.co.uk/blog/what-is-sourced-to-order/318). We did call but unfortunately, there was no facility to leave a message. I can see you now signed up to our weekly updates. Our weekly updates will confirm that you own the gold and will give you options, to upgrade or exchange to items which are ready for immediate delivery, to sell back your items at the current live price or to continue to wait for your sourced to order items.
