I ordered the LITE series and tried to order the 2019 calendar on the same order and use the calendar code to save $ but could not use the code on my order of both items...little disappointed I could not get the calendar on the sames order, so I did not get it.

Hi Mary, the 20% off calendar coupon is only for any additional items you also order and not the calendar itself. It also excludes pre-sale items. In your case, you're ordering both a pre-sale item (LITE series) and a calendar and hence you can't use the coupon you're trying to use. I bought the pre-sale Lite series and was charged twice, even though I did NOT hit the button more than once. The next day I saw the double-charge and had to notify your offices of the mistake (rather than you having noticed the mistake first; if I hadn't called, would you just have walked with the extra money?). The rep who emailed me said "sorry ... that happens sometimes." Really? It shouldn't happen ever. I am a big fan of Cathe workouts but bought my two most recent additions from Amazon rather than ordering through you because (1) they don't change me shipping (Prime) and (2) they don't double-charge. I think the workouts are exceptional and I will likely keep buying them, but not direct from Cathe.com until that little bug gets fixed.

Hi Elizabeth, I'm sorry that you were doubled charged on your order This usually only happens when the "final processing" button is clicked twice. I wish there was a way to prevent this, but there isn't. We use a third-party shopping cart provider called "Volusion" and they are one of the larger shopping cart providers and if this could easily be prevented, I'm sure they would.
Also, in some very rare cases the connection between a customers computer and the "Payment Gateway" can be interrupted and cause a problem as you experienced. But this is also not something we can control or prevent. Things like this happen, even with huge companies like Amazon with unlimited resources. However, we are very easy to contact and we always respond promptly to our customers and promptly refund them when things like this happen
We also do eventually catch most duplicate orders, but if we miss one we always promptly refund the customer their complete purchase price once we learn of the problem. The end of a pre-sale is always a hectic time due to a large number of orders and because we're not shipping the orders until later on making it more difficult to catch duplicate orders when they happen.
Again, I apologize for double charging you and I hope you will visit and try our site again as things like this are the exception and are truly rare. And thanks for giving us the opportunity to respond to you as customer feedback good or bad is always appreciated here and only helps us to improve as a company.

Unless you know the website, it can be difficult to manipulate as you have to go back and forth to where you place the preorder to the page where you can order dvds.
