We were having trouble locking our uVPC door.
Mr.Nicholson arrived when he said he would and carried out the repair effectively and efficiently. After waiting for months for our previous tradesman to carry out this repair this has restored my faith in local tradesmen.

A big thank you to Dennis of Castle UPVC repairs for saving my old double glazed window by installing new window lock gears and locking points so a new window was not needed. Very professional service and able to adapt old parts not available as spares to new parts that are available to correct the problem.

My door lock jammed as I locked the door, so I could no longer get in. I rang on my mobile and Dennis said what time he'd be round. He was exactly on time and managed to get me in and then fixed a temporary lock. He ordered the correct mechanism and two d.

My wife and I are over the moon with Den's work from Castle Lock and Hinge. We we're told by another company that we would need all of our windows replacing which was going to cost a lot, we then went to Den and he identified and replaced our misted panes and resealed them and now they are like new at a fraction of the cost! Brilliant!!!

With 90 percent of parts in stock, we can usually complete the job on our first visit, however If we have to order new parts, we usually have them the next day.
We also specialise in the replacement of misted double glazing and we are now upgrading standard sealed units to Warm Edge 'A' Rated Gas filled double glazed units for better insulation.
