The service offered here was first class.
The window in the Upvc door of my morher in law’s house had been smashed and needed replacing. It was sourced and replaced by Dennis and at all times he kept Doreen informed, in particular letting her know when he was coming to the house. This was important to Doreen who aged 93 and very hard of hearing becomes anxious when people call.

This is the 2nd time we have used Castle Lock. Mr Nicholson came out when he said he would, identified the problem and fixed it - at what I thought was a reasonable price for the time he spent and providing the part. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone else.

An excellent experience from start to finish. Dennis was very knowledgeable, he supplied and fitted 2 large double glazed units in no time at all, cleaned the windows, fixed another window, and took the old units away. All for less than £300 - Thanks Dennis.

Fantastic service felt like I was in safe hands! One of the nicest guy’s I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with, fair priced for quality work! Will use again if I have any other problems with the windows in my house.

Dennis gave excellent service + was very professional + prompt .
He did a very difficult repair to a window lock which was on the top floor of an apartment block and very difficult to get to - but Dennis managed and was determined he was going to repair this for me + was very reasonably priced .

I wouldn’t hesitate to use the company again as I was delighted with the job well done .
