Kas was very informative and the location could not be any better

I enjoyed my stay at Kas's (Website hidden by Airbnb) was as pictured. The staff was extremely helpful, the local bus very convenient, the beach and view beautiful and relaxing. I recommend staying here when in Puerto Vallarta.

Tanto el llegar como el checkout fue ágil y rápido. La estadía fue fantástica. La vista de la bahiaes espectacular y podian verse las puestas de sol. El tener la playa al pie del edificio es sumamente cómodo. La tiendita en la recepción tenía todo lo que se nos ocurrió. Y el restaurante frente al mar muy agradable, así como la gente que nos atendió y el servicio en general. Muchas gracias. Esperamos volver pronto.

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable en julio 2015. El departamento es pequeño y sencillo, pero cubre muy bien las necesidades básicas. Lo mejor: la vista desde el balcón.

Apartment came as planned. Very convenient to get around and staff was friendly. Beautiful views from balcony. Vas was a great host. He quickly responded to any query we had and his advice and information was spot on.

My cousin and I arrived in Puerto Vallarta and hung out about town before heading to the condo. When we were ready to head there we needed directions to tell the cab -(we speak no spanish!) We messaged Kas where we were and he immediately sent turn by turn directions along with a map to the place. I appreciated that immensely! Check in at front desk was easy and quick. The concierge answered all our questions and helped us also find things to do. The Condo had the most incredible view. It was just like the photos! There is a sink, hotplate, toaster oven, microwave, and mini fridge. All were unplugged when we got there so don't bring spoilables immediately! Instructions were posted on how to find/use everything. This was the perfect stay for two adventurous cousins/friends! Bus stops RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CONDO! Take it into downtown or the other way. We explored the fishing town of Boca Tomatlan 10 min bus away. Bus fare is only 8 pesos each. Condo is RIGHT ON THE BEACH! Food restaurant and crazy cheap happy hour IS CONNECTED TO THE CONDO! Also a store that sells everything you may need after hours… ALSO CONNECTED TO THE CONDO! We spent most of our time out, and spent the rest of it loving the view from the condo. IT. WAS. AWESOME. Kas was quick to respond with any questions we had. I def recommend for those who don't care about home decor, but something that is quiet, beautiful view, and a safe awesome community with everything you may need at your fingertips. Thanks Kas!

Kas was a great host since the moment I booked. He gave me plenty of detail and kept fluid communication. When I arrived to the apartment I could see that the pictures don't even do justice to the incredible view!!! It's gorgeous and safe there. Thank you Kas, we had a great time :)

This condo was wonderful! The balcony face to the sea, we can just sit there to see the sunset, it's amazing! The room is cute, all the staff work in this building was very friendly! Kas always kind, answer all the questions, thank you Kas!

Kas always kind and he answers right away for any question you may have prior the process started. The apartment it's actually very nice and quiet! I loved the view, the beach and the restaurant are the best!

This condo was amazing! You have everything you need in the kitchen and towels and extra blankets. I spent most of my time on the balcony though. The view is breathtaking! I went with my boyfriend and the beds were hard to keep together. It wasn't a big deal though. You can choose from two beaches and a pool to swim in. I didn't get to use the convenience store, but all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, our stay was awesome! Thanks Kas!

My wife and I spent four days in the unit and overall we were quite pleased. The unit is small, but for two people it was comfortable and provided what we needed, especially the view from the 12th floor. The surrounding restaurants were great, the bus trips to and from the city were on time and affordable. The staff was responsive to our needs and other visiting guests were very nice. We would recommend Kas's unit to anyone looking for a quiet and sunny visit to the southern area around Puerta Vallarta. Gene and Lee

This was a great place to stay for our visit to Mexico! The unit had everything you need, so being outside of town is no inconvenience at all. The restaurant by the ocean was absolutely amazing - with great service and food too! A local band comes to play Monday and Friday nights and is very much worth experiencing. There's a bus stop right across the street so made traveling into town a breeze! The beds were not easy to keep joined together at night, not very ideal for sleeping arrangements for a couple - but other than that everything was great. I would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely stay here for our next visit.

Great location! Nice view! Not a fancy condo but it's nice and clean, and the balcony with ocean view is great!

I had a great time at Kas's home. Could not have asked for a better place. Honestly, the view is even better than that posted by Kas and the front doorman was so nice! also happy about the really convenient mart downstairs that sold pretty much anything i needed, beer, snacks, sunscreen, tequila :)
