Kash's place was AMAZING. The place was very clean, the building concierge checked our temperature every time we entered, and the views were incredible. This place is literally walking distance to everything. We never need a taxi or Uber during our entire 5 day stay. I would definitely stay at one of his properties in the future.

Great place to stay! Very central to anything you want to do. Communication and services offered were top notch. We had our grocery list delivered to the condo and it was great to have everything there waiting for us. And Juan Carlos' tour and introduction to the facilities was top notch. There IS noise that comes through from the street below due to the glass windows being sliding doors and not a (Website hidden by Airbnb) if there are noisy people or cars in the night, you will hear them. There is construction going on right next door as they add and expand, so some of the sidewalk area is limited. But that will change once the construction is complete. The area is full of friendly and helpful people. The staff all around the complex are so nice as well. I would definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful new and stylish place. The pool area has to be the best in all of PV. Wasn’t the biggest fan of it being an interior unit with less natural light then we would have liked but otherwise an amazing place. High end finishing a with a sleek look and comfortable appointments. Staff was amazing and Dan the guy that checked us in was wonderful and helpful!

This place was amazing inside and out, the location was perfect as it is near a lot of really good food places and 5 minutes away from the beach. I have stayed in several places through Airbnb before and nothing has come close to the hospitality we received from our host Kash along with the property manager Sonia, highly recommend this stay. We look forward to being able to return in the future.

Great place for a 2-8 guests that will all sleep comfortably in the 4 bedrooms. Bedding was so comfortable and lots of pillows! Entire place was so clean and the kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you’ll need The hardwood floors give the entire place a modern and clean feel. Highly recommend.

The cottage is very nice! the details and decor inside are really cute, the location is super nice, beds are comfy, space is clean. make sure if there is someone with mobility issues to consider this cottage twice, my parents had a hard time with the Steep stairs, also my dog (old Great dane) could not use the stairs inside/out. the lake is clean and calm, the trees give a nice secluded place to enjoy. Kitchen was spotless, and all the appliances were perfect. make sure too, you want to disconnect, cell phone signals are not too strong, and Internet is not helpful at all. Loved the weekend, and the fire pit! perfect weekend to start the fall and see all the trees colours changing.

Kash’s place was amazing! Beautifully modern and clean. We were surprised to find great quality body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. Everything was sufficiently provided to live in the space for your holiday. For a fee they will even go to the store and stock the fridge with items that you need prior to arrival. The space was very spacious with each bedroom on opposite sides of the building. The rooftop pool was absolutely gorgeous and sparkling clean. The ground staff were very friendly and most of all we felt very safe. 2 things I want to mention. If you have difficulty walking the space is on top of a steep hill which may be difficult for some. Also if requesting an Uber the address reflects differently on the app and will send them to the back of the building. If you want to be picked up in the front you’ll need to call and tell them the number or include it in your message(think the two numbers were 232/242).

We had a great stay at this beautiful condo. Stunning property. Everything was clean and the decor was very tasteful. Gorgeous views – we loved that the living room glass doors slid open completely. Also enjoyed the moveable walls! We had a giant airy studio during the day then closed the walls for a cozier bedroom setup at night. There was plenty of space. Only two of us, but could easily have accommodated 4. The balcony was gorgeous. And the rooftop pool was breathtaking. So comfortable – never got crowded. Location is fantastic. 1 minute walk to Playa de los Muertos. The amenities were plentiful, including anything you need to cooking, serving, cleaning, etc. The building staff, security, and property managers were all kind and helpful. Also, the team allowed us to check in early and check out late – so accommodating of our flights! All in all, can’t wait to return. Thank you, Kash and Casa Hill!
