I used Declan and his team for a job at one of my properties after the previous tenants left the carpets in a bad way. Luckily his prices were competitive enough that we just took the costs out of their bond, and they made themselves available quickly to ensure we had the house back on the market within a few weeks. I will aways highly recommend this team. They showed up to remove the carpet in my house to find out that the carpet was installed wrongly with toxic commercial glue. They explained to me the problems with it but did not hesitate to have it done on the same day. It was hard but the team removed it all and left my unit very clean!!!
