The offered car was in good shape and service was great. However, it could be advised/notified that Madeira has some very steep hills. The rented car with only a 1.0 liter engine is a little bit lite to cover those hills.

The car brought to us at arrival in the airport - without any waiting time. When leaving the car was picked up outside the apartment in Funchal. Better equipped car then expected. And it is always a great advantage not to worry about old scratches which car rent companies argue are new. No such problems here as all insurance is included.

Everything was just great, excellent customer service, the representative that waites for us to pick up the car provided all the information possible, covering not only the car ant its functionalities but also traffic info, tickets, and always with a great positive attitude.
