Great service, car was new and worked well. We didn't have to solve any problems or an accident, so i can't really review, how the company would solve such things. But i have to point out one thing. Our flight was delayed, we informed Car Rent and they stayed in touch and agreed to give us the car at the airport a few hours later, at around 2 o'clock in the morning. So great communication and adaptability when it came to delay of flight. Thanks.

All the experience was like renting a car from a friend. A smiling representative had met me at the airport, showed the car and gave me the key. All the paperwork took just 5 minutes. We didn't check all the scratches because he told me it's all covered anyway — and I just believed him, although was a bit nervous. Who knows what will happen when I'll be handing the car back? But everything went smoothly. Another representative arrived to our hotel in Funchal, took a quick glance at the car and drove away. Complete trust that I was searching for and that I've enjoyed a lot.
