I ordered a collage and had accidentally added one photo twice. The team noticed my error and paused the process until I'd sent a new picture. I reviewed the new collage and could change the layout if necessary. Once I'd uploaded a new picture, a preview was offered and the process completed. Excellent service, they could have easily just ignored my error with duplicate, but didn't. Good customer service! :-)
