Used it three tomes, it worked 3 times. I recommend It, it's easy and cheaper than the $50 it costs at wherever the phone was bought. It's worth the sometimes overnight wait. Although it may be obsolete soon. In January 20118 Canada is passing a law that all new phones sold will need to come unlocked. Freedom of network, I guess. Either way, if you need a phone unlocked for whatever reason, this should be your go-to site.
