The content and the level of the courses have met our expectations. The different tasks have been interesting and varied. A good introduction to the field of industry.
The only thing we have had problems with is communication, answers to questions and feedback on work have sometimes taken a long time to get. On some occasions we have had difficulties understanding the briefs.

At first it was a little confusing to get around and I could not find a video to watch a recorded lesson. I also wanted to find a live lesson but did not find one to watch. Also I struggled to find maths lessons. However, I spoke to the Head teacher on the telephone and he gave me a few pointers. I went back online and found it easier to find things. The lessons seem well structured and could be a solution to children who simply dont FIT the classic school system. I am seriously considering this for my 13 year old daughter, she said that she could learn like this?

After our daughter was off-rolled because of her special needs we were desperately worried about our daughter missing out on an education giving her choices and opportunities in life. The friendly and kind and very very supportive teachers there just honestly were always there to help and guide me through pretty much anything. From questions, I had about the actual lessons to problems and difficulties with the course.
They will always listen and be willing to advise you or actually spend the time to resolve the issue with me.
In conclusion, if you're confused and not sure about what next step to take, and how on earth you're going to study this and that on your own- which I was at the beginning. I feel like Cambridge online education is for you.
