Lovely, well made and well designed shoes to meet a specific purpose but actually great for anyone looking for comfortable but fashionable wider shoes not just those with bunions. Also great for those who've had foot surgery as seams etc won't rub on scar tissue. I found the company easy to deal with, very pleasant and quick to sort out any issues when there were any eg wrong size ordered (my fault).

I was anticipating the arrival of my shoes. Production was delayed, but I was kept up to date on the progress throughout the process, which was great. When the shoes arrived, they were nicely packaged. A cloth storage bag was also included - a nice added touch. The shoes were perfect, exactly as portrayed on the website. The fit was great . I now have a pretty, comfy pair of flats that I can wear with my dresses. A great purchase - my feet thank you

At last!!! A decent pair of shoes that fit. I can't wear high stilettos but I can wear a farely high court shoe. I don't want to be wearing comfortable flatties for the over 70's! No offence intended.
This purchase has made me take a sigh of relief because at last they cater for those of us ladies whom through no fault of their own, have bunions. Hopefully in the future there will be more designs and different colours. Don't go overboard though. Just a few choice colours and a bit of bling here and there.

Wow! I am extremely pleased with the Charlotte shoes in black. They arrived beautifully packed - a real treat - and they fit so well. The shape of the uppers hide my bunions and actually make my feet look slim. The shoes are true to size, soft, beautifully made and stylish. They are roomy in the right place yet they stay on my heels; I can't quite get over just how comfortable and good looking they are. I shall certainly be buying this shoe in another colour.

There was a delay in the arrival of my shoes but this had a lot to do with Black Friday . The shoes however are gorgeous and I look forward to wearing them over Christmas . They are comfy but I will have to get used to wearing heels again .

Absolutely fantastic service, the shoes arrived later than expected due to problems with delivery from the factory but completely understandable due to this being a new business, I was kept up to date with each step as to their estimated delivery date.
