As a single father, a full time grad student, and working part time, I use jratom for energy and focus. This stuff definitely helps a ton with focus and energy. The Mac’s root is an acquired aspect of this though. At first it may feel different, but after a day or so you’ll get your adjusted dosage down. One of this blends that isn’t for everyone, but great for those who it works for. Deserves 4 stars for sure. Clean stuff.

The capsules are ok. I definitely do not feel the same effects and relaxation as I do when I take the powder. Do not get me wrong though, for traveling they are clutch and very handy, just do not get the same effects as I would like as I do when I take the powder.
