So normally I am A Green guy. The people at work would say that I would not need to be any more caffeinated. One GOOD cup (of coffee) a day is all I really want.
The Greens have been all I needed to keep me mentally sharp but able to hit the hay after a 16 hr day. You only live once so I thought I would try the white(s). I was pleasantly surprised with good relief and more clarity. I tried Whites before but Not any more than my morning teaspoon. It wasn't till I got the 8oz and took it for a few days that is when I noticed the real difference. A Way GOOD product ...Just get enough to insure your body can register the difference, you wont be dissatisfied.
