Cheap, fast, and good = My local Dodge dealer sells generic cabin air filters made of paper for $18. BuyAutoPartsOnline.ca has the same filter for $9, or a better brand-name filter with carbon and sodium bicarbonate for $17. My order shipped in under two hours and arrived in two days.

I have made a couple of purchases online now. The first was for a rack and pinion that came as indicated and was able to send the old one back to get my core refund. My second order just came in the other day, got Brake pads and Rotars that are working perfectly. Customer service was perfect and they answered a couple questions I was unsure of. I will definitely use again and was very happy with the whole process. I even got to use a discount coupon to save more money.

Made 2 different orders a couple weeks apart first order went as expected shipped and received within 6 business days. 2nd order had some parts that needed to come from another warehouse in Vancouver, I was informed of the delay and given the choice to wait or to remove i choose to wait to see how the long the experience would be before i gave this review. Initial order Sept 24th released for shipping Sept 30th and received Oct 5th... Arrived in 3 business days, excellent service!! I ordered several wipers,oil and air filters they were all packaged well no complaints. I hope they start carrying more items like TRD parts or Akebono pads. Thank you

VERY VERY FRUSTRATED WITH THESE GUYS I placed an order, paid via paypal, and they simply cancelled the order a week later without ANY communication. Their online business has a phone number with a recording that NEVER ANSWERS and an answering machine message that promises "RESPONSE NEXT BUSINESS DAY" this has not happened. Sutherland Automotive is the retail storefront for this ONLINE parts business, and they have a different phone number. The clerks there acknowledge that they are one in the same as buyautopartsonline dot ca however they are unwilling to deal with a problem or get any action on a problem. it is horrible how poor this experience this has been.
