Down side is dimensions and weights given in descriptions are not accurate.
Many parts are hard to find due to the way the site is organized.
Often look up parts on manufacturers websites then type the number into this site, as they have much better descriptions, specifications, application listings and dimensions.

Kind of annoyed that I paid for expedited shipping to get a part, what I understood, was the next day. When it didn't arrive I called and spoke to a woman who was, to say the least, one of the worst CS people I've had the displeasure of talking to. She was snarky and asked me if I "read the terms and conditions, as it's clearly laid out" (probably page 56, paragraph 4, line 6 or something like that.)
What she also said was that it ships from their warehouse - when THEY GET IT. Then it's next day delivery..

Really disappointed in the shipping, the part was "stuck" in Winnipeg for 3 days, being delivered 3 days late. I had to buy locally for timing. If I returned or refused the part, I would be charged a 20% stocking fee.
I understand shipping is out of BuyAutoPartsOnline control, however the 20% penalty in forced on the customer. In my eyes, this isn't customer focused.
Not sure if I'll order or recommend.
