Absolutely brilliant! Many companies won't delivery to Greek Islands but I had two large boxes delivered to my house in Crete in less than 10 days. Actually the boxes arrived in Athens in 3 days so the extra week was due to the Greek postage system. Everything was perfectly packaged , order fully complete and a few extra goodies were thrown in with a personalised postcard from home. Thank you very much for your service! Totally recommended!

Excellent website and first class customer service. My box was delayed by Swiss customs but you spotted this and contacted me. Items inside clearly didn’t receive the love, care and attention from the Swiss authorities that you had shown them when packing but my pies arrived in a manner that I am sure Mr Kipling himself would have found acceptable. Thank you very much again for everything, the experience was nicely rounded off with a hand written note which even said that Swiss customs clearance can be slow! I was thrilled with the service level regarding my order. The goods were well packed, smellies separated from edible goods, fragile goods carefully packed and boxes well marked. Sadly one of the boxes had been damaged in transit but being as the contents were so well packed, nothing inside was damaged! :)

Delighted with prompt delivery and sturdy packaging. A few too many substitutes. One item was not as ordered and not marked “substitute” so l queried it and received a refund,which l appreciate. Will use Boxfromuk again happily. They stock Sainsbury’s goods which l like and are not overpriced. The minimum shop for free delivery is over £100 which means will probably only use the service a couple of times a year, but pleased it is available. Would recommend the company.

Hi My box arrived damaged but thankfully due to the good packing all goods were ok. Immediate feed back from the company when I notified them and was given a discount. I had a problem with tracking my item in France, but that is being resolved I am assured. I had a lovely personal card and some little goodies extra and a reduction on my next shop. Excellent customer service. I would if the postal side is sorted have no hesitation using them again.
