Everything was individually wrapped in bubblewrap so no breakages.Opening the parcel was like Christmas coming early. Loved the personal touch with a handwritten Christmas card, and a wee decoration. Top service. Will definitely order again.

With asda squash which tasted awful and the sweetd

I have to start by saying that the customer service is top notch. I was in contact before I ordered, asked about a product and they added it within an hour for me to order. When it all arrived, no items were broken or split, all packed nicely and with respect to cans and stuff, all wrapped individually to avoid breakages. Found a nice Christmas card with a few sweets too. Can't fault it! Will order again.

However my order was slightly wrong as i was charged for 6 packs of soreen malt loaf (5sachets in each pack) and only received 6 small individual packs (sachets) instead of 6 packs of 5 sachets.

Really happy to receive my box. Took a little longer than it said on the site but i suppose it was the start of the Christmas order period. Everything packed individually and protected. Prices not too bad especially considering the free delivery over£100. I'm sure i'll be back!!

We were happy with most of the stuff we ordered, when it finally arrived. It was well packed so things didn't break. The website had great choice compared to other companies providing a similar service. Minuses for us were that it took a very long time to get our parcel. One of the items was dated the day after they sent it and then it took another 2 weeks to get here. Toll took a few days because there was no receipt in the box so I had to send it to them. I did however appreciate the the little touch of the Christmas card, decoration and sweets. I might order again when I have recovered from the cost of the toll here in Norway.
