When arranging the delivery, no information was given to say when it would be delivered. The box was a birthday present and as a result of the lack of information, the delivery was 4 days late. When the box was eventually supposed to be delivered, they claimed that there was no one around yet we were all at home (and had actually accepted another delivery not 5 mins before the courier purportedly came to deliver the box). Despite the fact that mobile and landline information was given, no one made an effort to contact us to let us know they were outside the property. All in all - very disappointing.
