Pleased with the product , however I thought there’d be a message card included as when I placed my order it prompted me to add ‘to’ and ‘from’ with a message. The message was a really important part because I’ve been ill and it was a thank you to my husband for caring for my son and I. So as you can probably understand i was disappointed when I realised this hadn’t been included.

Love the products I bought. Nourish “cacao and coconut macaroons.” Beautifully packaged and taste is delicious. I would definitely recommend. The parcel arrived on time and was equally good. I also bought “beetroot seed sprinkle” from Primrose Kitchen. I haven’t tried it yet but looks really nice with good packaging.

Being a marketplace with sellers using different couriers, and the world being mail order driven these days, there are occasions when an item gets a bit delayed out of anyone's control. Hi Elaine, thanks for the feedback. We've looked into this for you and the Raw Cacao Truffles order was placed on 13th Feb afternoon but with 3 to 5 day shipping. The seller, Naked & Raw, dispatched the item the following day and it arrived on 15th, so it was actually earlier than anticipated. Each seller has different shipping options which you have to choose from in the cart. You must have missed this one. As a note for future all of Our Collection on the site is shipped Express on a next working day model if ordered before 2pm. And if you ever need help call the team on 03331 212155. Very happy with the product, I ordered the heart shaped Cheddar and Brie as a gift, very tasty and arrived with the specified time scale. My only gripe is that It offered an opportunity to attach a personal message to the gift, unfortunately, this was printed on the receipt/delivery note......
