I ordered the elderflower wine as a Christmas present for the in laws and they absolutely loved it, it took a little longer than expected to be delivered but with Christmas posting that's to be expected and the customer service team went out of their way to track it and put my mind at rest that it was on it's way. Original package was damaged and a bottle of gin had leaked. The seller responded to me with in hours (I didn’t contact them until gone 6pm) and arranged for a replacement to be sent to me. The replacement arrived very promptly and fortunately in time for My secret Santa exchange. I was very impressed and definitely plan to use them again future.
