Just read YourWebsite TOS before signing up and check out the forums for discount codes. They give you features for which you can get familiar with in time when your ready to get serious. Very good host. Their hosting space is by far the best out there beating its competitors noticeably. So far, support has been good and they've gotten back to me within half a day.

All in all, YourWebsite hosting service is good. There was one issue when a server had problems and the support response was rather slow until we called them directly. Their team has definitely helped Yourwebsite worldwide expansion. Just ordered my second server from them and see no reason to look elsewhere.

The pricing is great, but only if you pay 6, 12 or 24 months in advance. That's the reason I gave pricing a 4/5. Network and server Uptime seem to be 99.999%. No hidden fees or surprises, Yourwebsite is very reliable hosting service. When you use the online chat, someone answers pretty much instantaneously. You can't ask for more than that! And they are willing to help you out in any way they can.

I'd been trying to get a PHP class installed and working and was having problems, my previous host wouldn't help with anything they hadn't installed themselves and would always ask for money before they'd help anyway I mailed Yourwebsite support and they kept at the problem until it was solved... recommended :)
