Items received were in poor condition. Had marks on them and should of at least been cleaned before being sent. Plus packaged better, so that vinyl figures didn’t have a chance to rub up against each other in transit.

I bought a pop vinyl described as a 9/10 quality so I wasn’t expecting it to be mint condition. The pop vinyl was delivered and it was of significantly less quality. I raised this with the company and provided photographic evidence. They didn’t really want to know and just said they didn’t do exchanges. Buyers beware!

I ordered a pop authentication and they claimed they delivered it but I never received anything in the mail or by email. They also have never responded to my emails or pms on social media. Will never order from them again. I will be escalating this to paypal to hopefully get my refund.
