The items arrived quickly and packaging was great will order from them again

Great prices, products were just as they were described on the site and a nice speedy delivery. Bear in mind, I live in Canada so I'm used to purchases taking a bit longer to arrive from the U.S.

Still getting used to the website's new format, but the Search function is at least better in the sense that the "SOLD OUT" tag now appears, whereas it didn't before, e.g., you can imagine my disappointment when I'm in the Search function, I find an item I've been looking for, click on the "BUY" button only to discover that an item is actually no longer available when I get to the item's listing page. The new format at least manages expectations better.

The drop down menu to see what brands are available is also a bit awkward for those of us with older OS, i.e., when I accidentally scroll over an embedded link, they tend to pop and drop, then disappear before we can click on a selected brand, or obstruct the view of items I am already browsing.

And for those of us who like to click on links thinking this would activate them, I never get used to the "Page Reset/Reload" effect of clicking on buttons on the main menu line.

Then, inventory issues are recurrent (over the last 2 years, there have been 3 incidents where an item I ordered and paid for was actually sold out), and where I incurred foreign exchange losses in the first two times because of the store's refund policy, BBC finally came up with a workaround and gave me a discount coupon for the 3rd incident. I'm thinking, there should be a way to avoid this kind of inventory mess before we even get to the check out.

Overall, the selections have been awesome, can't say enough about the availability of spare parts and accessories, and there's great value for money.
