Lisa was a great hostess! From a planning perspective, it would be good to have additional Best Corporate team members onsite to help facilitate (getting teams up and running on the initial polling, helping the hostess so she’s only emceeing, etc). And, from a set-up perspective it would make more sense for Best Corporate to provide their own AV set-up so there is no confusion (the simple AV requirement list that is provided is actually more in depth when onsite).

The event turned out great! I did feel like the communication was a little weak in that there were multiple people I was talking to and some of my questions were not always answered immediately.

Everyone had lots of fun - and I appreciated your team coordinating everything! The only feedback suggestion I received was to streamline the "intro selection" portion (getting everyone up and moving around before gathering at your table) and getting right into the game/assembly. It had been a long day, so I suspect the group was getting tired!

The team raved about it for days after! The facilitators were engaging and it was great that the charity showed up. That was the only hiccup, we didn't how many to expect. Everyone was professional and it was a great way to end the evening. The kids ranged in ages from 10-12, and the girls bike even though big enough was very childish looking.
