First of all, incredible product! We were so happy to reveal the gender of our baby to our families with a hockey puck! So unique, so Canadian! Secondly, the customer service with this company was amazing! So considerate and thoughtful to make sure we got our product of or the reveal. We were very pleased with the gender reveal confetti cannons that we purchased from Belle & Beau Confetti. Alyson and her team took extra care to ensure the cannons were delivered on time and also took the time to communicate with our family member that was the only person that knew what the gender of our baby was prior to the reveal. Belle & Beau Confetti Co. was amazing to order from!! I needed confetti cannons super last minute and the owner messaged back and forth with me Monday night to explore different shipping options so that I could get them in time for my sister's gender reveal. We recently ordered confetti and powder cannons from Belle & Beau Confetti Co. which we used in our gender reveal in early September. Our experience interacting with this company was nothing short of fantastic! We were happy to come across them as their products seemed great and they were Canadian, so I initially reached out with some questions and received a super fast response from Alyson. We went ahead and placed our order, but due to the shipping delays being experienced with Covid, I reached out again to inquire about their stock and shipping times as we needed the cannons within a certain timeframe. Again Alyson was fantastic, replying right away and even upgrading our shipping to ensure they arrived on time. She also held a FaceTime call with me where she walked me through showing her our doctor’s note with the gender written on it. I was so nervous that I’d slip up and accidentally see it, but she was fantastic and made it super easy! Imagine our surprise when the cannons arrived perfectly packaged the very next day from 4 provinces away!
On the day of, we went ahead with our reveal as planned. The outside of the cannons was generic but appealing, and didn’t give anything away. There were instructions written on the cannons (as well as included in an envelope in the package) which clearly explained how to twist them in order to successfully release the contents into the air. I’m happy to report that both the confetti and powder cannons worked perfectly!! It made the reveal so much fun for our family and those watching via Zoom, and we wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend Belle & Beau to anyone else looking for a fun and interactive way to share their big news!
