Excellent Customer Support

Very good and easy to use website promotion company with better than good prices but its where their customer support surpasses others that makes them stand out from the crowd. An actual breath of fresh air if I compare to other internet companies out there.

Every support representative I have ever contacted at Beakira has been more than knowledgeable and you can tell they actually want to help. They have given great attention to detail at every step.

They obviously want to give the best they can and I took the 29 dollar monthly plan and have been with them a few months. I only need to make 1 sale a month to cover the cost of their plan and I do that within hours.

Its a pleasure to give a review to a company that did so much for my business and so quickly. To share my experience would be to simply say that they never put a foot wrong and it did what it said on the tin!

Im not the easiest of customers by any means and my expectations are probably ten fold those of others. I know I can be very demanding to say the least and despite my emailing them probably 20 times a day they get back to me 20 times a day replying to every email in full. Its been a total delight to work with people that understand my frustrations of wanting to make my business a success.

My website is built with WIX and it took me forever and a day to build it as I have no designer and no budget for a designer but I got there in the end only to find of course that the build it and they come philosophy simply isn't true and I needed to do more than just build it I had to do something to promote it.

I spent the best part of a month looking at and researching lots and lots of different companies and made my short list of about 5. I chose beakira for two reason. The first was that they answered my emails faster than anyone else and there is a lot to be said of speed and second because they were far the most knowledgable. I had a budget yes but I didn't choose them simply because of the low cost I chose them because I thought they would deliver, and that they did.

I don't ordinarily write reviews but I really think they did an outstanding job on this project. Im subscribed to the year plan and I am looking forward to staying with them for many years to come.

Pleased from the get go. Delivered on time and did everything they said. I'm building lots of new websites now and after my first experience I will be back for more.

I mean come on, when does anyone else charge just 29 dollars or so a month for what they offer. To put the record straight I have been running a tea shop site for a few years now and get a few sales here and there.

I've tried just about everything you can think of. I've bought traffic, i've tried social meda, I've tried Bing Ads. I tried the lot but I got nowhere and I really mean nowhere very fast.

I happened across BeAkira a few months ago and I thought for 29 dollars I would give them a go. What a really great decision that turned out to be.

Now I get a new sale every day. Yup, I mean every day. And yes I'm a real person probably just as real or 'not' as the review below.

I created an account rather late for the Xmas rush of online shopping, my fault I know, end of NOV and and got my results from them in triple fast time as I probably sent too many emails about my need to get the Xmas shopping traffic.

Delightful experience from start to finish.

I must say this company is very concerned with making their customers happy.

This is something that really is rarely seen in the U.S nowadays.

I have bought 4 promotion pacakges from them and have never had a problem. And then it happened! I bought a yearly plan for my new Etsy store and I didn't get the great results I always got in the past from them. I was just a tiny, tiny bit nervous because for me to not see Page 1 rankings after seeing it 3 times before for every website I joined them with I wondered what had happened.

So I contacted my team rep Melanie and so so polite as always and fast in reply.

What did she do?

Not only did she immediately refund me 50% of the fee I paid, she then gave me a free upgrade to a different plan, sorted out the problem, got my site on Page 1 within 1 more week and I got MORE than I paid for.

I contacted my rep Melanie and she answered my email within just a few hours and it was 10pm at night. They got straight on back to me and informed me that they would sort it out and they did!

This made me very happy and was no hassle at all. They were very concerned that I was happy.

I rarely receive this level of customer service from anyone else in the United States and for this reason I will always buy.

They advertise being available I think 8 - 8 but I'm sure they are there 24/7. They always get back to me so fast I've never seen such great and rapid support.

My experience is the same as almost everyone else. Really pleased with the results.

Here's the run down :

April 2017 joined my first customers site (im a web designer). Results in 2 weeks. Perfect and end customer very happy.

May 2017 - November 2017 joined 20 more customers with them and all got results in 2 weeks.

December 2018 joined a customer and didn't get the results in 2 weeks. They immediately refunded me, told me they would continue for free and 2 weeks later I got the results (where else or who else does that?)

Just to note here; I didn't even ask for a refund. Lucy got in touch and got it to me right away. It was that simple.

January 2018 - Now joined at least another 10 customers and all results in 2 weeks.

So one failure instantly refunded and them turned until a success for free within 2 weeks.

The search for a reliable SEO is over. I joined after a recommendation from a colleague in our other office, they had been looking after my colleague's national insurance quotation website for a while and he literally raves about them and how many leads he gets since using their service.
