No zero star option? Stools Never came. Had to do a charge back on my cc after months of non responsiveness

My chairs took awhile to make and arrive but the customer service was always helpful and kept me informed along the way.

Rapid & Excellent communication re: my shipping & delivery date. Love the Polywood product w/ 20 year warranty! Have had a 16 piece set of deck furniture for ten years and still looks like new! Liked the recommendation of cleaning w/ 1/4 bleach & 3/4 H20 w/ scrub brush! I would never have thought of using bleach! Sanitizing at the same time. Just thrilled with these planter/ garden holders in Hunter Green. Plant to put in Pampass Grass. Thanks again for being such a reputable company!

Really enjoyed the assortment of items available, but had to send multiple emails asking questions about shipping timeline. Ordinarily that isn’t a big deal, but most of the items on here are large and you have to plan for delivery. Found that end frustrating.
