They were so helpful, so polite, bamboo I ordered was lovely, they were for my son and he was very happy with them, delivery was so quick, wold defiantly buy from again, they even sent me a message about watering to make sure they got enough in this dry weather at the moment. Very happy

Our bamboo got delivered to an incorrect address by mistake, the company were fantastic in swiftly speaking to the delivery company and wanting to resolve the problem quickly. Communication was excellent throughout, right up to when my bamboo arrived. Product was also excellent. Couldn't fault the service.
