I was one of those awkward customers who changed their mind and added to my order but the customer service was excellent and Bamboo giant were quick to respond to my changing mind. The bamboo plants were just what I wanted and look great!! The best part of the whole order though was the email that they’d been dispatched. I still find myself laughing at it now and the great sense of humour they have. Great service and good people!

Easy ordering with all the great info on the different bamboos, excellent communication on the delivery, great after sales help with quick answers to questions, helpful email reminders for care and watering.

Got a friendly helpful response when calling to check delivery terms (delivery to the North of Scotland with no punitive surcharges - makes a very pleasant change!). The website was excellent and the ordering process was simple and intuitive. My order for 10 large Phyllostachys aurea was dispatched quickly and arrived in good time. The carrier (Northwards Ltd) contacted me before delivery and the plants arrived safely and in excellent condition with the delivery driver helping me to offload the plants - great service. The plants were exceptionally good quality and all of them exceeded the advertised size. During the whole purchasing and delivery service there was good communication from The Bamboo Company with useful advice on planting, watering and establishment of the plants. I really couldn't fault any aspect of the service.

We loved the great selection when we visited. From the road and outside we were not sure we had come to the right place, but when we found the bamboos and started walking round, we were confident we would find what we wanted, and that they would have been well looked after. After talking to the lady who owned the business, she explained how to look after them, and how the business started. When we got home, after our landscaper had re-laid our garden and built our pagoda, we ordered online, and the bamboos arrived on time, well wrapped. We will be back to look around the Plant Centre, and will be sure to tell all our friends where they came from.
