Perfect - I arranged a delivery date on the phone and driver even brought the plant through to my back garden. The plant was even taller than I imagined and provides a little privacy for us over my neighbours new floor to ceiling window. The plant is in excellent condition and I just hope that I am able to take care of it using the care directions which came with my bamboo.

I can highly recommend BambooGiant. The ordering process was very easy and included advice on the type of bamboo I needed. I was promised my delivery on a certain date and it arrived on that date. The plants were of good quality and the company followed this up with advice on how to care for the plants.

Very pleased. Good healthy looking plants and packed well. Excellent customer service and I really enjoyed the email s before and after they arrived. Only slight disappointment was the delivery. Driver just left them at the bottoms of my drive and they were blowing and rolling around on the floor when I got home. Plenty of places they could have been left that would have prevented that.
