Very good product and very helpful team on the other end if there are any concerns or questions. The delivery process could perhaps be more gentle on the bamboo however this is a small point and overall I am very happy with the quality of the product I bought; my bamboo has had a good start in life and can now thrive with me.

Delivery and communication etc was all excellent although a bit disappointed with the plant. It only filled a fraction of the pot, had a lot of brown leaves and a number of the stems do not appear to be ‘black bamboo’
