Amazing service and advice. Despite being in lockdown, my bamboos arrived promptly and in great condition. I originally ordered a different variety but Matt contacted me to say that he wasn't 100% happy with them and suggested other options which were looking much better. I did try to shop locally, they were so much more expensive and very much past their best in my local garden centres, so that is how I found BambooGiant.
