Arrived quickly and well packaged. I have bought from bamboo giant a few years ago (although I believe they were called something else then), and my bamboos are thriving. Allowed an order for delivery to go through their system for an area they do not deliver too. Was rectified quickly when I the customer contacted them. Would definitely need to update their ordering system or website so this does not happen.
