Great service plants arrived within a few days. Well packaged and a bag of food (free). It was good to get an email after delivery advising how to Care for plants and to ensure to water. The bamboo has been repotted and are growing really well.

What a fantastic company! Beautiful bamboos delivered very quickly with very helpful advice sheet sent by email. The bamboos also cone with little bags of fertiliser to give them a good start in their new home. Also wonderfulCustomer service . Through no fault of the company one bamboo was delivered while I was out and the delivery driver decided to wedge my bamboo under the garage company damaging the top third of the plant. I contacted Bamboo Giant and the immediately sent out a replacement. Excellent service and much appreciated.
