The team are brilliant, helpful and friendly. But I have found the style of online learning difficult, it is video based with someone talking to you. The speed of the conversation for me is very quick to learn the various elements from and I am someone who like to read and digest and I don't feel like this gives me time to do that. You can't down load any of it which means you have to always be connected to the internet, so on a week off I thought I had time to study, but as I was in a remote location in Scotland I didn't have reliable internet so couldn't study.

Thank you for your review Shelby! We have the notes section within in the units so you can read the transcripts and if you wish to purchase an official PRINCE2 manual then you can do so - we have page references in the units so you can refer to the book and do extra reading, recap and embed knowledge. With regards to offline learning the Articulate Mobile App allows you to download and store the course sections if you have a tablet/ipad so you can play and listen to the videos on the move or if there is limited internet access. If you have any issues or queries or interested in any other courses then please get in touch and we hope you had a nice time in Scotland despite the limited access!

Professional Looking Website - with what appears to be a full set of training material. Human Support limited to selling rather than learning; lack of ability to download training videos a hinderance, and the fact that I was not advised of the impending change in Prince 2 regulations at the end of 2017 at the point of purchase.

A well-structured distance learning course. The video sections were enthusiastically presented and built up to concisely cover each chapter in turn. The course fully covers the contents of the manual; however, you need to be very familiar with the contents and layout of the actual official manual to use it effectively in the open book exam. Possible improvement would be to have more in-chapter scenario based click and drag questions to reinforce the learning. I found the Balance Global team were professional, friendly, approachable and importantly available when required. I strongly recommend this professionally PRINCE2 2017 Practitioner distance learning course/ exam.

I really enjoyed studying for my Prince2 Foundation course, and found the additional mock exams at the end very helpful.
But I have 1 very big issue. I am dyslexic, and didn't realise that exam conditions in my own home included not being allowed to speak out loud. I find it a lot harder to understand questions when I can't read them aloud.
Maybe you need to make your instructions/conditions clearer, without discriminating against students like myself.
Otherwise it was a very good course.

Hi Kirsteen!
Thank you for your review and flagging up this issue with regards to speaking outloud as this is something we weren't aware of. As an ATO sadly the official exam conditions are out of our control as we buy exams from Peoplecert, the exam board, on behalf of our leaners. We do also encourage Dyslexic learners to provide documentation to grant extra time. We will however discuss this matter with them as our learners' experience are important to us.

Life changing! The time spent with Jackie was simply fantastic. From the very start her experience shone through, her relaxed yet confident style gave us the inspiration to devour what is a highly compressed package of learning. If it weren't for her encouragement and motivation then it could all have been a bit daunting, but like any good project manager she broke it down into manageable stages with achievable targets. The course material by its nature is not very inspirational on its own, but the way we engaged with it brought the subjext to life in a way which helped cement the foundations logically in my mind.
