I took both the Change Management Foundation course and the Practitioner course. Both were excellent well structured with relevant exercises.
Jackie Hewitt was superb and articulate.
I passed both courses, and I have not taken exams for 20 years so full credit to Balance Global - I highly recommend them

I just completed the PRINCE2 Virtual Classroom course. Jackie was an amazing trainer and the experience in these troubling times very good. In fact, I am starting to wonder why I want to in-person training with all the travel etc. BG is a great training company and would certainly use them again. Please can you add Change Management to the Virtual Classroom Offerings

I have finished the course, I passed the Prince2 foundation exam and have the practitioner exam this week!
Anthony was very consultative when I first decided to buy the course and even after I was signed up he kept in contact and supported me, very great service.
I ordered the Prince2 official manual with Anthony, it was cheaper than any of the other websites selling it and it arrived within 2 days.
The course was really good and interactive, I have ADHD so I struggle with focusing but the videos, exercises and other resources were very helpful and interactive.
I would recommend balance global to anyone looking to get Prince2 certified. Hopefully I will be able to pass the practitioner exam and get a better paid job so that I can buy a nice whip and stunt on dem haters...

I really enjoyed the course. The videos were easy to follow and the content was set out well. I like that there are practice exam questions at the end of each module, which can be taken again and again until you are confident with your understanding. The exam was easy to book, convenient, and user friendly. I had to contact the help centre via email and the response was swift and courteous.

I am impressed by the professional approach and expertise. The exam, while taken remotely, was monitored the whole period given, ensuring the integrity by accessing the screen of the examinee.
Even thought my exam was interrupted due to the connectivity failure, the session was very quickly restored.
