Absolutely wonderful! Their products work amazingly on my dogs. My older dog is super sensitive to ice and crusty snow and she did great on our hike yesterday in it! She didn't even lift her paw to me once to clean it! Baelys is a sweet and sincere family owned and operated company. While I have only had this product for 24 hours I am extremely satisfied. First from the customer service. I was reached out to via email with a personal thank you and additional information about the product! I then received a hand written thank you with my product! We have used this multiple times on our 14 week old Olde English Bulldog and so far so good! She doesn’t pick her feet up as much when we go outside to go to the bathroom and I have seen some of the dryness disappear already! The best part is that it’s easy to apply and she doesn’t like it off! I have a feeling I will be a customer for life!

Hi Jennifer - I’m sorry you’re displeased. Let’s look at the timeline of your order -
1-your order was placed on Nov 29 at 9:30am and was shipped the same day
2-since your order is international your order cleared Canadian customs today (Dec 6) only 7 days after we received it and shipped it the same day
3-I would expect you will receive your international free shipping order within 7-10 days after placing your order in the very busy holiday shipping season
At the time you left your review I can see no delays in the tracking and the package has flowed as normal through the system.
I am always happy to review shipping status whenever a customer is concerned but I am unable to find any email or contact from you regarding your concern. If I missed it please let me know. We LOVE the paw balm!! Our pups paws were getting dried out and now they are supple, soft, and healthy! This company is a pleasure to order from! Fast processing, fast shipping. I love the personalized note too. I have been using the product for a few days and we are seeing a difference in my girls (Husky German Shepard mix) pads. We live in Buffalo NY and as most people know, we can get some snow lol so this will be nice to protect her pads when she is out playing. Will be ordering more in the future.
