I was really impressed from my first interaction with Baely’s through receiving my package. A real person answered my email almost immediately, and that was on a Sunday. I placed an order that evening and the package was shipped first thing the next morning. Inside was a hand written thank you card and a really nicely presented puck of wax. It smells amazing, like light lemongrass I think. I put some on Pete’s paws and the next morning, the crack across his toe pads was smooth and already starting to heal. So I rubbed some on my dry feet for good measure the next night. Super impressed! Great product, great customer service and all around a 10 star experience. Thanks Baely’s!

This balm is working wonders on my 10 year old Bull Terrier’s pads. He was very calloused and we have hardwood floors throughout. We thought this product would give him some cushioning again when he jumps off and lands on the hardwood. Well, it is definitely doing that. My dog’s pads are becoming soft again. Thank you.
