This is a tough one to review. I thought the packaging and the quickness of the shipping was great. There was also a lovely thank you note from Stacy. However, I tried using it on my dog as she was sleeping and as soon as she wakes up, she licks it right off. Not sure I can review the effectiveness of the product if she keeps licking it off. So...only 3 stars for this. Great customer service though!
